Help soccer tryouts?

For fall sports, I try to think of football. Intermurals I football, but I never was not a football team before. I've never played on a sports team in my life. I know how to dribble a soccer ball and everything, but do not know football game or its rules at all. I know some of the posts and some of what they do, but it is all. How can I learn more about football in preparation for the season? And speaking of speed, what devices do not I need football tryouts? And how can "drive" or to exercise my body to get in shape for football?

I train all the time for soccer try outs. My coaches look for strength, aggression (not much, but enough to were you do not get bored there), speed, first touch, and moves. Force is actually needed in almost every part of your body as a football field at least (on the side, but that helps to shed some ins). A Much of your electricity will be generated by your abs and thighs, but you need strength in your legs together and if it is easy to get hurt. I go to the gym as much as possible, but I never do only little work to keep me in shape, and drinking too much water! aggression I practice with my big brother in the field football, we have to go about it so when I go to a game, I'm ready for anything. Speed is very important advance, because they need to execute on defense! So work on this one step little faster and just a few short burst of speed. First touches the ball, is affected more important! And moves will come to you as you grow with the sport. For equipment, I would have a soccer ball, shin guards, soccer cleats and pants of course short socks and shirt. Soccer is the best sport there is, everyone else be sure to have fun! And if anything, your coach will certainly help you get paid to coach them, ask them any questions you have! Good luck!
