
What are good snack ideas for men's soccer tournament?
My husband is a football tournament tomorrow and I was wondering what kind of want to bring energy snacks to keep everyone up. They are all in their 20s early. I thought about baking muffins, but I just want to make sure I bring something that will keep their energy going strong, they will play at least 4 games! I would appreciate any advice! Thanks!
Carbohydrates certainly, but make they are consumed an hour before the match, nothing close to kick-off they can repeat and / or slow them. Muffins will was a great idea, banana muffins will be excellent, as bananas are great for artists of all sports. Also anything with sugar would help a lot, but of course servings. Basically anything heavy, they are running around like meat Havey. Fruits and veges, and sugars Carbos are perfect. After the match, I think some cool will do:)
